SMALL BATHROOM

INSTALL the NEW Pedestal Sink and Hardware. You mentioned that the Plumbing may be too high. If I remember correctly, the Pedestal Sink was high, so I hope the existing plumbing will work for you.

Note: Before you INSTALL the sink, PLEASE pull the boards out and seal up any holes that you may find. Mice are getting into the house from there.

REMOVE Pool, Decking, and Fence. Grate it Level. Then pour a load of gravel and level 35′ X 20′.

INSTALL a 6′ x 8′ Block Shelter with Metal Door and stairs

INSTALL a fence around the perimeter with a locking gate.

Please run a trench to the Pool and then up to the shed. Run 12-2 Cable to power the shed and pool.
