How To Be Creative Online Using Artificial Intelligence

Today we’ll take a wild ride, and learn how to be adventurous, especially when it comes to being creative. This article will show you only a couple of ways of “How To Be Creative Online Using AI”. One good reason is that the internet already has so much to offer anybody who wants to do something creative.                                   Above is “An Artist And Her Work” by A. I.

How To Be Creative Online Using AI

There are limitless possibilities, and there is only so much space an article has, so, let’s get into it shall we. Before we begin, I’m long-winded, and because of that it will probably be some time until you get to see the actual AI Art gallery that I have for you, so, instead of dropping it on you all at once, I’ll just insert the art one piece at a time, between paragraphs, so you’ll be entertained along the way.

We should start with ChatGPT first though, the AI Art Text Writer that’s a real hit for Writers and Bloggers alike. No more, will you have that, so dreaded mental block, and really, it isn’t cheating.

"an Alien shooting his RAY GUN like a cowboy"

“Warning Earthlings!”

A.I. eventually, will probably take over the World and destroy it if we keep poking at it.

So, in the meantime, enjoy it. “Weak, Silly Humans!!”

Being Creative

Now! Where were we? I tried using ChatGPT “once” on an article of mine called, “Online Jobs For Seniors”.     I asked it, or told it, that I wanted something funny about Senior Citizens trying to find online work.

I mean, there wasn’t much to work with there because my request was so vague. But, sure enough, it whipped out a cute little “diddy” about Google Search of Job Market Jungles and Digital Playgrounds?

"old folks having fun on the swings"
"2 men with brooms in a jungle with lights"

I’m not quite sure what “IT” was attempting to get at exactly, but I took over from there, and put something cute together. I used the ChatGPT as a base for my article, then cleaned it up. All in all, it worked out fine. So, cheating? Not really, but does it help you with an idea for your blog or your article? Yes, it does.

After a long search, I found the Wealthy Affiliate to help me in my journey. I mean, I had to get my article out to the reader, I needed a vessel like a Website, I needed the Training, and so on. I started with these guys, because they offered their Services for FREE. Oh, yeah, I’m all about FREE. In any event, if you want to talk creative, well this is the best way to start.

Here’s a little A.I. art and one of my articles below.

"a cute little Alien is reading a book about A.I."

“Where Can I Learn Artificial Intelligence?”

So, the Wealthy Affiliate turned me on to ChatGPT and their very own A.I. text writer. But, because I’m so riddled with ADHD and I like to say, with a smattering of OCD, I was immediately drawn to A.I. and the art, because, like a little child, I got to play, play, play.

Real Creative Art

Before I show you the AI Art, let me turn you on to the real thing. You see, real Artists are threatened by the development of AI because they feel that the Arts, as a whole, are becoming extinct. I can most certainly see the argument, when I show you what it can do, you’ll be blown away.

But in defense of the Artist, even the Musician, you know, writing music? AI can compete, but it doesn’t always get it right. I’ll explain later.

The picture below was painted by my good friend Matthew. Talk about being creative. It paints a picture of a child man riddled with ADHD. This represents the many thoughts that I experience all the time, all day, every day.

"A picture of me"

Pictured are Frogs in a wheelchair, I mean, somebody ate frog legs that day didn’t they? and so they’re going to need a ride, right? Then, if pigs could fly, what would that look like? He drew a flying turkey with chopper blades, then there’s the common house fly, a house that flies, get it?

It doesn’t stop, there is the Peep Gang causing a ruckus, they’re burning and torturing ants with a magnifying glass. Yeah! Sick, I know, but I wish he would have finished it since he’s riddled with the same affliction as I, it just sat until a hurricane hit his workshop, and it was gone.

Here’s some A.I. Art.

"a pretty girl with black hair and a nice smile, she was made from AI"

“Yes! I Am Pretty!”

When I supervised an Electronic Production Line at an Environmental Company in Ringe, N.H., my very active brain immediately started a Redesign of the entire Production Line. At first, it offended the employees, the management, and even the owner, because just the thought of change, Oh My! But soon I was able to Implement Change, Streamline the Production Line, and then Redesign some of the Products for cost savings.

I was able to Encourage Others to come along for the ride, and as a result, “WE” saved the Product Line. The crazy thing about all this was, for one, I only had Schooling in Electronics, not Electrical Engineering, but I was still able to achieve this. It was just my ADHD-riddled mind that was in complete control. And two, I did it all, from the thoughts in my head.

"a man with many, many thoughts at once in his head"

“Any Questions?”

Now, let me stop you right there. I am NOT boasting, I’m trying to make a point. You see, these thoughts would creep up on me and consume me. As a result, it is very difficult to get much sleep because of that.  These are only some of the wild, yet Creative Thoughts that rattle around my brain at all hours of the day. It’s like Monk always says, “It’s a blessing, and it’s a curse”.

So, what does that have to do with A.I. you ask? It’s simple, Matthew knew what I was thinking, he thought that way because he has a Very “Creative” Mind. As a result, he penned it out and it was there, in color, in marker no doubt. So, I decided to put AI to the test. I told “IT”, “HER?”, exactly what I wanted, and sure enough, it could not wrap its super, duper “HARD DRIVE” mind around what I was asking it. Below, is what it came up with.

"the AI attempt to draw a picture that my friend drew"

"this is another attempt by AI to duplicate the picture that my friend drew"

Yeah! Nice try. You see,  A.I. tried, but couldn’t quite get the gist of it, good effort though. So, this is for  “Anybody” and “Everybody” that is so hyped up on A.I. that is reading this. There will “NEVER” be a replacement for the “CREATIVITY” of the human mind or the talent of a MASTER’S hand.

Below, is a Picture of My Army “BATTLE” Buddy, Matthew.

Of course, because of my ADHD, I spent too much time playing with A.I. when I should have been writing this. I found the Wealthy Affiliate a couple of months ago. I started with their FREE Membership, then jumped on board.

A.I. is just one thing that they teach you. I mean the whole idea was to Write Articles, mostly about me, I can’t lie. But somehow I try to find a way to promote the Wealthy Affiliate.

You see, for this Website, I promote the Wealthy Affiliate and when you click on it, and join, then after you decide whether you want to be a paying member, or not, I make money. So far, I’ve been training and learning how to properly Write an Article.

Even if you decide not to come on board, I would like you to come back as my guest. I am attempting to develop a readership of sorts. So, come back and hang with me, I try to write 1 Article a day, mostly about “SENIOR CITIZENS”. I Take A Slightly Comical Approach To Writing.

Funny Stories About SENIORS

“Powerful Strategies For SENIORS”

"Alan talking to the real cool kids"

"Andy and Bubba sit in front of a computer"

“SENIORS Thrive In Affiliate Marketing”

"Alan and his senior friends looking in the dirt for work"

“Website Creations For SENIORS”

Do you call this writing? I never said that I was a good student, anyway this is only one way to make money. They teach you how to build your website for just about anything. They have so much to offer. I’m getting off track here. The purpose of this article is to turn you on to the “CREATIVE” elements that they have to offer.

Please Read My Articles Above.

If You Like Them, Please “COMMENT”

Of course, A.I. perks up an article. And now it’s time for some art that I created. Give me some credit, I told “HER” what to draw. So, here’s some art and more self-promotion. NYUK!  NYUK!

"Superman getting ready to fight the Hulk"

“Superman VS Hulk?”

"Me fighting the Hulk"

“ME VS the HULK?”

“Yes! I said,”

"ME still fighting the Hulk"

“My Grand Daughter Emily Chose This”

“Pop Pop Is A Hero For This One”

"Elsa from Frozen dancing with Olaf on ice"

So, that’s it for now folks. It is incredible, the technology today, from ChatGPT, the Wealthy Affiliate A.I. text processor, the Bing A.I. generator, the list truly is endless and A.I. will continue to amaze like it already has. But, take it from an “Old Fart“, there can never be a substitute for the real thing. I’m retired now, but when I was a Chef, what I created was truly the real thing.

""Duck L' Orange"

“Duck L’ Orange”

Just imagine if you will, a succulent Duck L’ Orange, browned to a golden brown and then glazed with a delicious butter orange glaze. Don’t forget the Potatoes Lyonnaise and the Green Beans Almandine. And for dessert, a rich Chocolate Mousse.

Right now, my wife is drooling and moaning from the description, because she remembers. She was there, she saw it, touched it, smelled it, and ate it.      CLICK on the Duck for a Recipe.

“And now, before we leave, some more recent work by my friend, Matthew. Some of this work is VERY intricate, as they have hidden messages embedded, some with musical notes and lyrics, and this one, the bird, made from the lyrics to, “I’ll Fly Away”, also embedded, Koine Greek, Hebrew, and a Mathematical Formula For Flight”

Matthew, from his mind, creates a work of art, with real brush strokes and the smell of the paint that he uses. And don’t forget the beautiful wooden frames that capture this work of art. I challenge A.I. to come close to that. So, while we are so worked up over technological advancement, never forget your humanity.

Okay! Before I bail on you, let me give you the rundown on the Wealthy Affiliate. Because I’m old, I also have some wisdom, so I properly vetted these folks before signing up. I won’t lie, I’ve been scammed so many times, that it left a very bad taste in my mouth.

  1. When thinking of making money online, a lot of people think to create a site the “right” way and go from there. You are taking it to a different level. Showing how creative you can be and showing the endless possibilities of creativeness is pretty neat.

What else do you plan to do to expand on the creativity portion?

    • Thank you Tyler, Very kind words. Well with ADHD, it really is endless. I just finished “How Do I Choose a Niche?

When I was a Banquet Chef I used a culinary concept to organize a buffet, I’ve been using that same concept to pick a niche, that was a little creative, if you can sit through it long enough. I’ll put it out for grabs.

      Thanks again Tyler

I like the personal touches on your previous experiences with the “bad guys” (and the unfinished pic up top). Sorry to hear you lost out on a lot of money before discovering Wealthy Affiliate – there’s  a lot to watch out for. Maybe others will find WA like you did and continue getting the word out about the scammers.

  5. Hi Alan,
Your post on “How to Be Creative Online” offers a unique and engaging take on creativity in the online business and affiliate marketing. I appreciate the personal touch and humor you bring, making complex concepts more relatable. Your journey through various online ventures, culminating in your experience with Wealthy Affiliate, is particularly inspiring. I’m curious, though, about how you balance creativity with the more technical aspects of online marketing. In my own experience, it’s sometimes challenging to keep the creative juices flowing while focusing on analytics and SEO. Any tips on maintaining this balance?
    Thanks for sharing your experiences!

    • Greetings Makhsud, That’s a good question. I am attempting to ONLY cater to a particular crowd. Hopefully, my audience does not want to be bored with technical issues. When I was an Electronics Technician and managed a production line, I taught Electronics to the production line, volunteers only. Most wanted to attend because I took a comical approach to teaching it. For instance, I used plumbing as a scenario. The pipes were the wire that transferred current/water, the capacitors were holding tanks, the shut off valves were variable potentiometers, the resistors were clogs in the pipes (I had mostly women in the class so I diaper in the pipe created some resistance to the flow, and female products created less resistance), they of course thought that was hilarious, but they retained it. So, hopefully my audience wants a little comical relief, there guard is down and so they want to hear more. I’ll let you know if that works.

Thanks for your question I hope that it was a suitable response

I have been searching for a viable online business start up backed by a good training program that won’t break the bank for over 4 years now. Since stumbling across Wealthy Affiliate it has been life changing for me and my online business journey. The fact that you can start for free is just amazing, and the premium plans are very reasonable. They also run several plans throughout the year. The amount of resources you get heavily outweigh the amount you pay for the program! Great and fun article to read! Keep it up!

Yes, the price is great, could you imagine shelling out $997? Some plans cost that

and then there are more expenses once you get on the inside, buying a domain, a website

and having to cough up more for advertising. Well said Conner

Have you encountered any specific techniques or exercises that help spark creativity when faced with a creative block?

I carry a notebook around with me and jot down everything I see, in the car, in my living room, at the store, the list becomes very large. These sites, the text, aromas, they all stimulate my brain, then off that list I am able to find something to write about.

How do you navigate collaboration effectively in the online space, especially when working with individuals from different backgrounds or time zones?

I’m not sure that I do. I operate just one way, at one speed, and I only hope that my audience can understand my thought process, my humor. At this point in my life, it’s difficult to change.

  15. Hi Alan,

Wow your article is so engaging and catchy. I read in one breath. Your writing style is so friendly that I couldn’t help grinning while reading. Your article, with its lively and candid tone, really will capture the reader’s attention!

Your journey with Wealthy Affiliate (WA) sounds like it’s been quite interesting, especially after your experiences with online scams. The research you did into WA’s credibility, like checking with the Better Business Bureau and Trust Pilot, adds a level of trustworthiness to your recommendation.

I’m interested in how WA has helped you, particularly in learning how to build websites and create engaging content. The example of the Captain America logo creation using AI is a great testament to the practical skills you’ve gained. It’s impressive how WA offers tools and resources for creative expression, even for those who might feel overwhelmed by the internet and online business world.

Your enthusiasm for WA is evident, and the way you describe its community and support system makes it sound like a genuinely supportive environment for people. The idea of a platform that encourages creativity in various fields, including music, art, and writing, is appealing.

Your article isn’t just informative; it’s also engaging and filled with personality. It’s clear you’re passionate about helping others explore their creative potential online, and WA seems to be a valuable resource for doing just that. Your honesty and energy make this a compelling read, and it’s refreshing to see someone so genuinely excited about sharing their discoveries.

    • Hey there Tugrul, Well, first, let’s start with YOUR writing. It appears that you’ve been educated, because of the words that you use and the way you put a sentence together. I really like it, I hope that I will be able to accomplish something like that. I learned technical, nursing, building skills, etc. that’s what a person riddled with ADHD does, multiple things, as Monk would say, “It’s a blessing and a curse”. There are 2 major problems here, for one I hated English and a person with ADHD hates something, then he will suck at it. On the other hand, if he likes something, he will highly excel at that. The second problem was he has very poor social skills. My vocabulary is very limited. I do learn words reading others articles.

I write like I talk, the commas are used many times, it’s like I’m taking a breath. I try about things people will enjoy and I try to put them at ease so they will want to read it. I’m more concerned about them liking it than the money. The money will follow. I do enjoy this. I became motivated when Kyle read a couple of myarticles and liked them. Also, I increased my Ritalin dosage. Not kidding. I hop to finish my website and start making money. I’m slower than most because of ADHD and a smattering of OCD, I’m not stupid, I just repeat everything to insure that it’s right. This comment is a good example. Lastly, I use more descriptive words, I think the reader likes, I ‘ve been told to keep it up, but mainly, I have to do it because my vocabulary is limited and it takes more words for me to describe something.

If you really like them then I’ll leave you with a couple of links, it will give you an idea of, well my life, or for some, my warped mind and sense of humor.

As a visitor to the “How To Be Creative Online” page, I found the article intriguing, particularly how it blends a discussion about online creativity with insights on Wealthy Affiliate, an online training platform. The author begins by highlighting the importance of creativity in online endeavors, especially for those looking to establish an online business. They share their personal journey, including challenges with failed online ventures and how joining Wealthy Affiliate provided a learning curve for them.

One striking example of creativity the author shares is using AI to design a logo, showcasing how technology can be leveraged for creative pursuits without incurring high costs. The site seems to offer practical advice on starting and growing an online business, with a focus on affiliate marketing.

My question: How do you balance maintaining authenticity and personal voice in content creation while also adhering to the often rigid guidelines of SEO and online marketing strategies?

  18. Hi Alan,

I thoroughly enjoyed reading your article on creativity and online business. Your candid and humorous writing style makes the content engaging. The story about your friend’s unfinished painting and the connection to ADHD added a personal touch, making it relatable.

Your journey with Wealthy Affiliate is compelling, and I appreciate your honesty about initially doubting its legitimacy. The detailed exploration of the platform’s credentials and your positive experiences create credibility.

The way you seamlessly integrate your personal experiences, like attempting to build a website for ADHD, with the broader theme of online creativity is fantastic. The use of humor, such as “Blah, blah, blah,” adds a lively tone to your narrative.

The practical tips, like creating a logo with Bing and the free membership offer from Wealthy Affiliate, make the article informative and actionable.

    Keep up the great work!

Your images always crack me up! I love it! I use ChatGPT, Copilot and Stable Diffusion in my work, and I just love AI. I love the personal anecdotes, like your experience in redesigning the production line at the Environmental company in N.H. It’s not just about the technical aspects of creativity, but also about the mindset and personal experiences that fuel innovation.

I always look forward to your articles. Keep up the great work.

    • Hey Marko, Thanks. I had to brag about my friend and his art. When you blow up his work to the tenth power you can distintinctly see the greek, hebrew, and music lyrics inbeded in the art. Thanks for reading, hope to have more out there soon.

      Blessings,

  22. Hey Alan! I have read your article on How to be Creative Online.  Wow. Your post was certainly a thorough primer on that topic. Awesome job of illustrating the power of creativity coupled with AI.  Very entertaining I must say as well as inspirational. Personally, I have dabbled a bit with the imagery but nothing close to what you have done.  I think it’s brilliant.

Thank you for illustrating the possibilities. You have inspired me to investigate the world of AI generated imagery.  Many people are visual in their interpretation of written content so thank you for showing us the possibilities in a most entertaining way! Well done!

    • Thanks Kenny….can I call you Kenny? As impressive as AI is, I most certainly want to point out that the heart of the true craftsman will live on into eternity, I hope. When my computer can passionately kiss me, or taste like an aged peice of Prime Rib, I’ll give up in defeat. So far humanity is safe. I think. Thanks always for your comments, Grant. Seeya, in the winning circle.

  23. Using AI to be creative is very interesting. Indeed, you don’t need to be a creative genius anymore; AI will do this for you. I must say that I was quite impressed with the picture of the beautiful lady in your article. I thought that she was just a photoshopped model, but when I saw that this was an AI image, I was amazed! But don’t you think that AI will allow people to be lazy and not to exploit their talents anymore?

    • Thanks Angel, it sure has made me lazy. I think, that the original art that is still around, like Matthew’s will go up tremendously in value, because it will almost become extinct.

      Thanks Angel

  25. Hi there, I just finished reading your article  here and I must say it is quite an interesting read.

Your perspectives on mixing these AI tools like Chat GPT and AI generated art with the human side of creativity really hits home with me.

It is also fascinating to see how this somewhat new technology can expand our horizons.

Do you have any personal favorite projects or experiences where this mix of AI and human creativity resulted in something impressive and/or unique?

I liked you post, keep up the good work.

  26. Well alright, alright, alright, Alan, Alberto, the fourth… I get what you’re saying here; you really wanted that dang artwork! LOL!

Isn’t ironic that Hurricane “Matthew” is what killed that artwork? There’s a bit of poetic justic there. That was now years ago my friend.

But since you managed to find a picture of that somehow; I maybe able to re-make a better version of it. No promises of course, since that’s not my style of artwork.

And with ADHD, good luck forcing it to get completed. I already struggle with finishing within my own work (as you know). I can’t finish anything these days but I can still try (so who knows?).

As for our conversation about A.I. artwork; I do believe this new technology will be much like what happened when computers took over the work force in the late 90s.

We either adapt to it; or become obsolete because of it. Personally, I think A.I would help me cut some time when trying to layout a drawing. Or it may add time? I am typically too lazy to do more than three layouts for any given artwork.

Once I begin; for good or bad, that’s the journey of that particular artwork. It’s the process which I love. When I approach the end of the drawings; I struggle very hard to complete them because the process of making the art is what I love (not the artwork, I typically hate everything I make).

So for me, if A.I (look at me, too dang lazy to spell out Artificial intel..smh) was used to shorten my process of making art; one would think I could make more of it? Yeah, no.

Maybe for artists who have a different drive than I do. Unfortunately, I have no control over my own desires when making the work. I will always get in my own way; but, when I have those rare occurrences where I get out of my own way… the artwork can be some of the best I’ve ever made (a very rare sight indeed).

So A.I. causes an overstimulated society to become even more overstimulated… what’s the harm? Just the human soul, the human condition will be changed forever. No biggie. Hmmm.

  27. This caught my interest right away, because I’ve finally begun delving into AI, myself. I must admit, I was skeptical about it for months. I still am, at least in the sense that I know the “bad guys” will find some way to use it against us. That’s pretty much a given, just like they’ve done with every other tool we have at our disposal. But if we don’t find some uses for it ourselves, we might as well be giving it over to those with malicious intentions. It’s up to us to figure out how to enhance our lives with it and you make a great point of how it can free us up to become more creative in countless ways. I’m currently using the free ChatGPT, but intend to get the paid version, so I can get access to DALLE and see what all I can do with that. I LOVE the artwork, by the way! That truly is some interesting art! Thank you so much for sharing and reminding me how important it is to jump on board this thing ASAP!

    • Hey Mark, Thanks a lot. In some of my articles I have a picture on an Alien and he says,

A.I. eventually will probably take over the World and destroy it if we keep poking at it. So in the meantime, enjoy it. “Weak, Silly Humans!!”

I probably joking, but am I? I don’t know Mark, jury’s still out on that one. I just won’t let it run me, you know? Time will tell, but until it can kiss me passionately like my wife and my computer tastes like a Roasted Angus Prime Rib, it ain’t no match for humanity.

      Good Luck in your success,

      Alan

    • Thanks for your kind words Stephanie, Ai has made me lazy but it has also fueled my creativity. A person with ADHD can run better with pictures anyway. I never wanted to improve my Vocabulary “THAT” much, but some. But pictures, I think, draw the reader in significantly (See? Big word? Yes, indubitably). I thoroughly describe a picture for my story, and it draws it exactly like I have described it.

This funny one is sorta, kinda, maybe, maybe not, about me. You judge but with AI, and ChatGPT, and my own warped sense of humor, I had a blast. You decide and please get back to me.

this is quite a whirlwind of creative flux! It’s a little hard to follow sometimes, but I love the hyper-energy and the unorthodox way of promoting WA. I also like the way you secrete your articles in alluring images.
my question: are you truly ADD and OCD? Or is that the joke? If your answer is yes, then I think your article and your site in general will appeal to lots of young people and they will feel at home!

Looking forward to seeing what you do next?

    • Hey Linden, Thanks for your kind comments. The site may be a little hard to follow because I truly am riddled with ADHD and I am Slightly effected by symptoms of OCD, I do not have to medicate at this time for the OCD; I just live with it. I take Ritalin for my ADHD, I find that it works better than Aderol. I discovered at the age of 40 that I was ADHD. I had always had problems in school, mainly my social skills. I had always wondered about the way I acted out. My brother gave me a 70 question test and I nearly aced it. I was then diagnosed with it professionally.

I wrote a book about my childhood, cute little stories about the trouble I used to get in, the way I looked at life, the difficulty of growing up and I still yet to do that. The painting of me was suppose to be the front cover of the book but Matthew never finished it because he’s riddled with it as well.

I’m starting to write about a character called Alan. He’s from Hickman Hal-er-Bamer. If you’re interested you can check him out here. I hope you enjoy him. https://thoseaffiliates.com/ho
